after 1200 DU conditions rose.  Upper channels poor this morning.

180           Russia, Radio Rossii 1134 fair with Russian program // 279.

279           Russia, Radio Rossii 1130 good signal.  Woman/man in Russian

648           Unknown, weak pop song at 1226.  Soon faded.

738           Tahiti,  threshold audio from 1220-1225 ut.  Woman in French?
                 Weak at 1230.

774           JOUB, Japan weak at 1155 with man in Japanese.
