[IRCA] KKAD 1550 IBOC?

Good Morning:

Noticed at 12:04 AM PDT that KKAD 1550 is on with a open carrier 
and the strength is S-9+55 db.  1540 & 1550 also have a carrier with 
a level of S-9+40 db.  

Could this Pamplin media station be setting up a IBOC system?
If so, would their other station here KPAM be next?  Both stations
are close to pegging the S-meter here.

Hindu type music can be heard under the KKAD open carrier.  Also hearing
another station playing the "Temptations" with "Papa was a Rolling Stone" Nothing
can be heard on 1540 or 1560 but noise.

Now KKAD back with music at 12:24 AM with music. Now the carriers on 
1540 & 1550 are gone.
