[IRCA] TPS from Orcas Island, June 15: Better

Unlike Steve, conditions seemed marginally better here this morning. 
As far as audio was concerned, it was confined to the 30 minutes 
pre-dawn, 1150-1220, with the peak about 1210 to 1215

1017 No real audio, but I continue to hear an )C before 1200 and 
otherthings, weaker, afterwards. Tonga on a timer.
1107 2EA Sydney? Persistent
1116 Best this season, 4BC Brisbane
1386 R. Tarana Hindi mx. at max dawn.

Seemed more Australia, less NZ this AM.  Also, mid-band somewhat better.
