You mean WOCA or WCOA, not WCAO...
WCAO is on 600 in Baltimore.
WOCA is 1370 in Ocala and WCOA is in Pensacola.

If they were on Day power Willis would have had to
water cool his IF's at that power level and distance.
At of this writing, WGIV is on top of WCAO and WDEF. They fade up then
down.
They do sound like they are on more than 45 watts. Even hearing them on
day
power, as I do sometimes at sunset or sunrise skip, I do not have to
water
cool the I.F.'s in my Drake.
I could see me doing thaT, by rigging a water tight shield around the two
IF stages and bring in the water hose through the windows. I think the
wife
would have a fit! :))
HOWEVER the 1130 in Gainesville, Georgia HAD been
running day power as I measured. I called Eric in the
Atlanta FCC office and asked him to give them a
telephone call.... ask them to fix their power
changing device.
YES, AND THEY STILL ARE!
