WGRA Cairo, GA has a "PLAN" for 110 Watts Non Directional for NIGHTS and
even though you are REQUIRED to notify the FCC that you are using your
"PLAN" night power, doesn't mean a station has notified the FCC.

WGRA could very well be on the air legally after sunset.
