[IRCA] Ewe Matching Transformer

Good Morning:

The ewe 4-1 matching transformer works much better than
the broadband loop 16-1 matching transformer on the ewe antenna.
Big difference on the lower channels such as 774 JOUB..  Fair
signal with the ewe transformer, just a level 5 carrier and 
more splatter with the broadband loop transformer.
Upper channels not a difference as the lower channels,
but still better using the ewe transformer.
