[IRCA] WNTP DX Test 3
WNTP-990 with better signal still over/under WLGZ 0030-0032 EDT with voice
ID, Morse code ID, sweep tones, and step tones. The 12.5 kW
non-directional signal much better here than the 50 kW directional one.
