Good Morning:

Listened from 1315-1421 ut.  Japan on 558 was a surprise, but 
conditions went down as the morning when on.  Nothing but weak
carriers on the upper channels.  A 24 K 4 took a toll on the TP's
this morning.


153        Russia, Radio Rossii fair at 1315 with piano music.

279        Russia, Radio Rossii weak at 1316 with piano music.

558        Japan, JOCR 1318  weak with woman singing 

693        Japan, JOAB 1320 fair with man in Japanese with some splatter.

774        Japan, JOUB 1332 fair with woman in Japanese.

828        Japan, JOBB 1334 fair with woman in Japanese.
