Hi Curt,

Navtex isn't SSB but is narrow band RTTY transmission.  I pick it up on 
several different radios and decode it on my  computer with SeaTTY or 
other similar software.  My parameters are CW mode, 518Khz and a very 
narrow filter of 350 to 500 Hz to minimize noise.
