Hmmm. Sounds a lot like WTIR. I got a QSL from them in 2002 when they
were still on 1680. It was signed by some guy named PAUL WALKER!

I used to be subjected to hearing a tape delayed version of CNN Headline
News... at one radio station I worked for. That was our programming,
interlayed with traveler news, information and tips.. basiclaly a full
power TIS!
