[IRCA] Sony SRF-M37

I pack one of these around with me on campus
as an audio source in multi-media labs and classrooms.

It appears that is has some pretty good
qualifications as a "DX" receiver..

+  Digital readout

-  only in 10khz intervals, no splits

No option for 9khz plan that I can see.
