Russ, the one other is the "Sodruzhetsvo" or Commonwealth service in Russian to the Republics of the former Soviet Union.  I didn't notice any references to Mayak or Golos Rossii, though, on the website that Nick directed me to.  Instead, these were strictly broadcasts for international audiences (even noticed a program in Russian to London!)..........Walt.
