[IRCA] Rusisian on 1215 0301 ut

Good Evening:

Sitting doing my racetrack homework with the headphones on and tuned to 1215.  The noise ceases and all of a sudden a man, then woman in Russian. Fair signal at times.  It is 0301 ut  Pretty good audio recorded.
