Ken & Forrie pretty much decied the same thing when they sold KOHI, St.
Helens OR. Ken was basically a silent partner, but Forrie Smith put in
15 hour days in at KOHI. It was his dream to own his his station and
back in the early 80s, he got his wish. But he got tired out after 25
years from morning to night day after day. He rarely got a vacation.
