Listened from 1159-1406 ut.  Conditions down this morning here.  

153          Russia, 1200 faint, pips heard top of hour, but no voices could be 
                heard.

180          Russia, 1202 weak with man in Russian.

189          Russia, 1242 fair with man in Russian.

279          Russia, 1203 good with woman in Russian. Faded to poor 
                minutes later. 

558         Japan, JOCR 1214 in weak with Japanese talk.  This station
               has been very consistent lately.  It is heard this morning before 
               JOUB 774 and any other Japanese station.  Also heard at Steve's 
               yesterday morning during the 1000 hour.  

648         Russia, 1246 weak with music and woman in Asian language. 

666         Japan, JOBK 1353 weak with man / woman in Japanese.

774         Japan, JOUB 1356 weak with Chinese lessons?  

1566       Republic of Korea, HLAZ 1230 signal weak at antenna switch 
               to Japanese religious programming.  Level 4 carrier before 1230.
