It sure has, Nick.  According to the NHK website, signoffs are now 1600 
Sa Tu We Th, and 1540 Su Mo F.  The change is reflected in the current 
(Sept 07) version of the PAL.  I've already seen a couple of other 
loggings reflecting the change.
