[IRCA] TP's 10/18

Not terribly impressed this morning. The sgnals never really got out of
the mud very far. Maybe because of the storm off shore, don't know. The
only interesting thing this morning was 1125 khz with what sounded like
Cantonese or Taiwanese. It looks like the mainland CC are all Mardarin,
Taiwan? 
CC on 1071 and a bunch of other channels.  The CC on 837 was quite good
for a while on top of JOQK. Noted CC on 540 and 630 also.
