[IRCA] TAs in again tonight on the west coast

Well once again, I'm hearing audio on 1215, sounding like Virgin Radio.  There are also plenty of weak hets....I'd say on about 1/2 of the 9 kHz split frequencies, but none are particularly strong, or at least strong enough for audio.  This was all around
03:50 UTC Oct16.  1215 doesn't sound quite as strong as last night.  I wonder how many good audios I'd hear right now on the Queen Charlottes?.........Walt.
