[IRCA] TPs for 8 October 2007

Another interesting morning here in southern Alberta.  The dial was very
lively, and noted my first Chinese reception of the season, with good
signals on 1206 and 1044.  Numerous Japanese, and also a good signal
from the VOA via Vladivostok on 648.  A ton of carriers, and frustrating
in a way, as a lot of them were at "very nearly audio" levels.   From DU
had good signals from 1116 4BC and also 5AN on 891, and a decent one on
774, but that was about it.  Lots of carriers from that direction too,
but generally not as strong as the TP carriers.   Also noted a couple of 
the Russian LWBC stations, on 153 and 279, with fair signals.
