[IRCA] KYW-1060 [was: The beginning of the end - of IBOC]

Perhaps KYW was concerned about causing interference to WEPN-1050?  I know KYW has a severe null to the northeast to protect WEPN, but this IBOC digital hash is a bit of a different animal.
