[IRCA] Hash covers local KDPQ 800

Good Evening:

In the process of doing a nighttime band scan, when I got to 800 local KDPQ was covered in KGO hash.  All 4 outdoor antennas with hash to some degree.  Make a minute recording of the hash.  The only way I could hear 820 KGMW in Seattle was with the Kiwa loop with KGO nulled.
