1590	WRCY	IN	Mt. Vernon poor-fair in much QRM w/cw & TOH ID @2000
EDT, 9/29.  The ID was barely readable, tho' the signal had been better
during the song leading up to it.  Can't tell if they went to news or not
but I don't think so.

1580	WDAB	SC	Traveler's Rest blasting in w/SS contemp mx, very
carefully pronounced "W-D-A-B, Greenville-Spartanburg," ID, back into mx &
continuing strong.  SC #41 here.

Both of these are new.
