Patrick,  Looks like KGA is requesting a 4 tower -- 15 KW  nightime  license -- dropping the present 3 tower pattern night system.    The station in the San Francisco bay area -- owned by Mapleton -- at Piedmont -- is seeking 4 kW nights.    If you pay off the other guy -- with as much cash as he paid for the station -- it seems that most "broadcasters" are willing to "sell off" anything they can.
