[IRCA] DX logging: WKBY-1080 Chatham, Virginia

1080        WKBY        VA        Chatham: Logged @1700 on 9/19. WNCT-1070 IBOC not operative for some reason, leaving adjacent channels free. WWKD Murfreesboro, NC on dead carrier leaving WKBY beneath. WKBY faded up in time for ID: "Praise the Lord. This is W K B Y in Chatham, Virginia." Never heard before. Rather surprised but pleased nonetheless. (CAT-NC)
