[IRCA] 1377 France
After listening to the recording on 1377 last night it seems the language is French. Orginally reporting the station at fair, that needs to be changed to weak. Have recorded audio with talk at 0434-0435-0450-0455. A lot of splatter but the signal hangs in for close to 1/2 hour with many fades. New one here. Thanks to Nick mentioning he had audio traces on 1377 or I would not have heard this one.
