[IRCA] New Logging

Hi All,
   
  New logging here tonight with big signal:
   
  1310 XEAM Matamoros, TA at 2000 with TOH ID and slogan heard as "La M Grande"
  Interspread with nice romantic ss music. New here in Cedar Creek, TX on 110 deg 16x75x16 EWE. Mixed with another SS speaker and also heard KAHL in San Antonio at top of hour.
