[IRCA] more on TPs for 8-22-07 plus a TA?

The propagation monitor claims that 4QR-612 was the strongest it's 
been in a long time this morning, at 1318UT, half an hour after I'd 
stopped listening.

Also, it looks like there might have been some TA activity on 1215 
last night as well, around 0400 UT...
