[IRCA] Coax update

Pat,

Drove through Gresham today and listened to WQCA 312 on 1610.  They run a loop of about 12 minutes.  Even a minute of NOAH weather.  With your new coax on the beverage you should be hearing them soon.  Heck, you probably here TIS/HARS from the East Coast.
