Re: [IRCA] Yakima, WA-1610 HAR

Weak WSDOT highway advisory station (on skywave) repeating warning of  
construction work between Yakima and Union Gap on state highway (24?);  has  
female-voiced message with male-voiced ID's... FCC database only shows WPKV 296  for 
City of Toppenish (no WSDOT stations listed near Yakima)... has any other  
local DXer heard this HAR?  
Also, occasionally a different TIS station on 1610 is occasionally heard on  
skywave, giving male-voiced weather reports... could this be the  Coast Guard 
station on 1610 in Aberdeen (also not listed by FCC), which I  recall was 
heard during a recent trip to Ocean Shores?   Would  appreciate any help...
