Listened from 1135 ut- 1312 ut.  Not as good as yesterday morning.  738 was about as strong as a carrier can get and still have no audio.  At 1256 no KCBS splatter, just a strong carrier on 738.  Lower band TPs seemed to fade out at 1258 ut.  Upper band TPs still active at this time, but fell out at 1305.  DU 738 still strong carrier at 1312 ut.


153            Russia, Radio Rossi weak at 1140 with music. fair at 1204
                  man in Russian.

189            Russia, Radio Rossii weak at 1206 // 153 man in Russian.

774            Japan, JOUB fair at 1241 with man/woman in Japanese.
                  Fair 1254.

828            Japan, JOBB weak 1208 man in Japanese.  Still weak 1252.

1053          Korea's, very weak audio and hints of the jammer at 1249.

1566          Republic of Korea, HLAZ weak at 1151.  Fair at 1300.

1575          Thailand, VOA weak for a seconds at 1157.  

1593          China, CNR 1 very weak with just pieces of audio at 1247.
