Your Unid 1180 is KLAY Lakewood WA I would guess (5KW day). They are
talk and run some ethnic stuff on the weekends. I heard Filipino
programming in the past.  1340 is either KUOW or KLOO. KLOO may be more
likely being more open into the valley.  KUOW is stronger here by a bit.
I get KIHR Hood River off the Eastern beverage so that may be possible
for you too. 1340 being a GYer are busy frequencies.
