All Federal Government Stations are assigned call letters or "ID's". In the case of VOA -- they use "VOA Dixon" or "VOA whatever". Even if they do not use the location -- they use "VOA" as an ID. They use A, N, W and K call signs. NPG is navy, AAH-300 is Army
