Thanks Patrick for posting this. Does this mean a station like
KBGN-1060-Caldwell ID that runns a PSRA of 250w could run the complete
10 KW during that period? In other words, stations that use PSRAs and
PSSAs would no longer be resricted to low power? This may help us log
some new DX, but it may block a few channels longer too.
