The 1070 example shows what happens when the FCC doesn't think. 1) The SC
station runs day rig at night to try drown out WIBC (beamed right at them)
and 2) listeners still turn away due to the QRM.
Most listeners (NOT DXers) just tune away when there's too much (ie little
to DXers lots to listeners) QRM or QRN and go to another station.
Just think what these listeners will do when the AM band is a mess of IBOC
hiss at night !! 73 KAZ
