Dan,

Couldn't KGA just redirect it's signal more to the North, limiting
little signal to the South without downgrading? Like maybe 10% towards
the Bay Area. I don't know how much work & expense it would be without
adding towers, but since Spokane is quite a distance from the Bay area,
I think a bit of redirecting would solve the issue and KPIG could boost
power if they wanted to easily. KGA would still remain a Class A.
