[IRCA] six towers not in line

WHOOPS! Yes, I KNOW! I just wasn't thinking about what I'd written.

It seems that before the rule changes by the FCC that nearly ALL the
stations in North America had six towers each.

WAPI, WDIA, CHOK, KHMO, WNCT, WTOW, etc., all due to the necessity of
protecting KNX and CBA.
