Patrick n' Chris,

As I observed earlier, the NRC DA Pattern Book shows WIBC as having a
minor lobe (about 5 kW ERP) toward the west of Indianapolis. Why
it's there, I dunno. Maybe want to put a strong signal into
Vincennes, Indiana.

Six, in-line towers and 200 kW ERP days and 60 kW ERP nights toward
the s.e. Kicks major bxxx down here.
