[IRCA] LW 180 & 279

Changed the ewe from the SW direction to the Northwest direction.  Listened around 5 times in the morning with the ewe in the SW direction with poor results.  Two Radio Rossii long-waves were heard using the H-800 probe antenna.  

180     Russia, Fair with woman in RR at 1145.  7/20

279     Russia, Weak program // 180 at 1147.  7/20

The ewe does not perform that well on long-wave.  A few level 4 carriers heard on MW 738 & 774 with the ewe.
