Same here.  It sure doesn't seem like a smart move from a coverage
standpoint.  They got out well during the day on 1050.  Neither frequency is
a good choice for low-power night operation; they'll get clobbered by XEs
either way.  Maybe they are just low on $$$ and trying to cut the electric
