Last time I heard it, the 1440 Grand Forks station (KKXL) was talk.  
They and KDIS are a mix on 1440 here during the days with KDIS 
generally on top.  Can't hear KKAG at nite so don't know if they've 
another format but suspect that a Classical format is too intellectual 
for CCU (altho, CCU has sold a bunch of N.D. stations recently).  We're 
gone for a couple of days but will try to listen to KKXL when we get 
back to see what they're doing (at least during the day).  1370 Grad 
Forks station used to be UND's but was sold several years ago and now 
it's Catholic oriented (Relevant Radio or something similar).  - John
