I guess with more building everywhere, it also does not help with
station signals either. Some stations have lost their good locations to
condos, malls, etc. 
The old KGW Portland site is gone and the station (now KPOJ) moved to
co-locate with KEX. They boosted power to have better coverage. Which
they do. The 25/10 KW does a great job.
