LEGALLY, a Daytimer must be on 80 percent of the day to be qualified
as having been on the air.

You can LEGALLY remain off air for no more then 30 days in one period
before you hafta notify the FCC. if a station is off for 3 weeks,
thenj goes back on for 5 days, goes off for 2 weeks, it's,
unfortunately.. legal.

There's a CP for 1100 in Dillworth, MN.. 1/2 mile from the border..
it'll never get built.
