Earlier this month I drove up to Reid Wheeler home in Olympia to purchase a couple radios.  I listened to KOHI up to Castle Rock and it vanished.  That was about 11 am.  That was in the 97 tracer, it has a slopping antenna at 45 degrees and is very directional.  Drivers side of the car facing the transmitting antenna is the best reception  Driving away or towards the transmitting antenna the signal weakens with weak stations like KOHI.
