Negatory, good buddy. The WPSF938-1620 broadcasts alternate between
NOAA Weather Radio rebroadcasts, and NC Forestry Service advisories.
I have heard two definite references to Pender County, in which
Hampstead is situated.
Finally, this evening, the above "WPSF938" ID was dropped in.
My 265-foot unterminated 45/225º tends to favor north/south signals.
I wouldn't believe it if I hadn't heard this stuff myself.
