680  WCAZ  WV    Charleston, West Virginia @ 2100 5/12.
                  Oldies back-to-back with "Sixty-Eight,
                  K A Z" between musical selections.
                  PSA for WV National Guard. Good in WPTF
                  null (wandering due to ground & skywave
                  conflux). Question: were they
                  really 220 watts? Probably. Channel
                  cleared for WPTF, so not too much co-
                  channel QRM. 220 watts can do it.
                   Logged in Indianapolis as WCAW in 1962.
