I think that's a JOKE! Knowing the likes of Dr. Zecchino. And if the FCC is
really interested in Cuba, they'll either DF the stations or have an
operative down there locate them.

Classification is H-level (Hopeless, and no one cares to know).

Probably using too tight a bandwidth. I was using 2 kHz. 1.8 kHz wouldn't
pass the 2-kHz Morse "RR" ID

No one is allowed to read it. As a matter of fact, the specialist who gathered
