[IRCA] Re :#2 AM stereo

To make AM stereo worthwhile a station would have to be playing music,a news format wouldn't be much good in stereo,like on KONA,so they might as well turn it off and do mono.I think the first station in the Pac Northwest to do AMS was KOMO 1000 Seattle before they switched tio news.Too bad Sony didn't crank out a few million receivers so that all the stations didn't waste all that money on their installations.===Bill in BC
