Russ,

I checked WCSL's website, and I believe it said 7:00 PM sign-off.
Like WABV, the license maybe says 7:00 P.M., but with EDT that's
8:00 P.M.

I'm looking at the IRCA's sign-on/sign-off time maps, and what I
hear doesn't seem to agree with the map for April.

Maybe WYSR and WCSL are supposed to drop power at 2015. I'm con-
fused. And I don't see a post-sunset power. Just night powers of
46 or so watts. This according to the 2005 - 2006 NRC Log.

So I'm not accusing them of "cheating." (Here we go again). Just
observing that I don't expect either to show up after 2000.

WHPY-1590 Garner/Raleigh is supposed to drop to 25 watts. Apparently,
they do as I don't ever hear them at 2000 even though they put in a
fairly good signal here, days. I guess they sign off or drop power
at 1945.

And that's my story and I stickin' to it.
