[IRCA] KXTO-1550 TEST

I believe this is the station heard regularly (if not well) in my local
KYCYs null.  I'm not totally positive as (with most spanish speaking
stations-with me anyway) it is very difficult to pull up an ID.
Especially while listening to a 10kw local blast away on top.  I use to
ID them when they were english language religion but I also heard the
Baja station.  Whatever, this would be a great catch for anyone outside
of Northern California & Nevada.
