Patrick,

NE of Seattle will be close enough even with a null at night, it would
make little difference, but according to the FCC pattern info Paul sent
shows a pattern to the NW at night, a bit tighter than the current
pattern, but that is just an app.
I would think they could not go S/SW because of KKMO 1360, KAST-1370,
KKSN-1390, & KITZ 1400.
